Horrible
Do not use this company. The product they send you is not what they advertise. Flat, fragile branches that break when you try to move them. I am so disappointed and out 600 dollars. They say they will take them back for a 20% stocking fee and for ME to pay the shipping but at this point they will not send me a return label or answer my emails. Just stand behind your product and admit when you’ve done somebody wrong! Extremely frustrated!

Return Policy: All returns require a Return Authorization Number, which must be requested through their RMA request form within 48 hours of delivery of your order. There is a 20% re-stocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. Certain items are not returnable, including Curly Willow (fresh floral item), Glass Vases/hurricane vases/tubes (due to very high level of breakage on return shipments), Cake Stand / Cake Butler, and any products shipped via freight truck (not FedEx or USPS). They will refund for the amount for the product only, minus a 20% restocking fee. They do not refund original shipping fees and do not pay for your return shipping.
